A Turritopsis dohrnii — the immortal jellyfish. It is the only animal known to escape death by reversing its own life cycle. When threatened, its cells reorganise and it reverts from adult back to its infant form, then grows up again. Here, your body is the threat, and your calm is the recovery.
Coherence is the master signal — derived from your heart rate, calmer and lower readings raising it. High coherence grows the medusa; low coherence collapses it. The heartbeat sets the bell's swim-pulse; the breath pacer swells the bell and sways the current the tentacles drift in.
Press and hold anywhere to apply stress — watch coherence fall and the jellyfish revert toward the polyp. Release and it recovers. This lets you see the whole life-cycle without waiting for a real stress event; once your watch is linked, your actual body drives the same collapse and regrowth.
Companion to Equil's other living pieces. Live device data flows through the same webhook as the rest of Equil — until your wearable is wired, the simulator breathes for you. The land has Terra; the tide has Aeon.
